 If 14 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will email you to confirm that we have received it. We also inform you of our decision to assess or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact the entity that issued your credit card, as there may be a delay before your refund is presented.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
